2. Description of Service

Lightbooz provides AI-powered photo enhancement services specifically designed for marketers, creators, and business owners. Our services include smart lighting correction, color grading, subject focus adjustment, and social media optimization ("Services").

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

4.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the images and content you upload to Lightbooz ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you (e.g., processing your photos). We do not claim ownership of your photos.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• Upload content containing viruses or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Payment and Credits

5.1 Subscriptions

Certain Services are available via subscription plans (e.g., Creator, Business). Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5.2 One-Time Packs

We offer one-time "booz" packs (credits) for purchase. These credits allow you to process specific numbers of images. Expiration policies for credits are detailed on our pricing page (e.g., "Never expires" or "Rollover").

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HubtersAI LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HubtersAI LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
